Welcome to LiveinFlorence, your ideal retreat in Florence. The following terms and conditions are designed to ensure the well-being and safety of all our guests. Please take a moment to read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Reservations
Booking Methods: Reservations can be made directly on our website, by calling +39 338 775 5770, or by sending a request to info@liveinflorence.it.
Booking Confirmation: Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include the booking details and further instructions for paying the deposit.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be due at check-in.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in Time: Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For arrivals outside these hours, please notify us in advance so we can arrange your check-in.
Required Documentation: At check-in, a valid ID must be presented for each guest.
Check-out Time: Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations: Cancellations must be communicated via email or phone at least 7 days before the arrival date to avoid penalties. Cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No Show: If you do not show up without prior notice, the full amount of the stay will be charged. During Your Stay House Rules: We kindly ask guests not to smoke inside the rooms or common areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Pets: Pets are welcome. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet. Quiet and Respect: Maintaining a peaceful environment is essential for the comfort of all our guests. Please respect quiet hours during the night and use common areas considerately. Liability Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items. We advise against leaving valuables unattended in common areas or rooms. Damages: Any damage to the B&B property caused by guests during their stay may result in a charge for repair or replacement costs. Changes to Terms Updates: These terms may be updated or modified.
